Pataya beach is not very clean, even though I loved the hotel this location is just ok, but sunset beach is close enough and much better

Great Stay
This is a fantastic resort in a beautiful location not far from Walking Street. We stayed here 5 nights and then went to the otherside of the island (which is worth doing but we stayed in a far inferior property). Rooms are nice and spacious and breakfast is very good. Food is good too but there are countless places to eat nearby. Staff were brilliant getting us transferred to next resort

A memorable stay in this resort
The resort is directly located at the seaside. Just need to walk a few meters to access beach. There is a bellboy waiting at the boat terminal to welcome us warmly and help us caring our luggage and backpacks. Room is super spacious, bathroom is super big! Their bed are super comfy. Although breakfast choice not much, but the taste is nice. The staff are really good! They even help found my missing shoes taken by stray dog.
- A lot of mosquitoes. Remember to bring mosquitoes reparent all the time. - Stray dogs everywhere, so be sure not put your shoes outside the room. - Breakfast choice not much.

Good price for a nice beach front stay
There are less boat in the beach in front of the resort. Breakfast area has a nice view to the beach. The room is big enough.
My room got water leaking when it rains. It's a bit far from the pier but it's already in the best area with this price range I believe.
